Roberto C. Pestana is a medical oncologist at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein (Sao Paulo, Brazil), focusing on sarcoma and gastrointestinal malignancies. He currently serve as chair of the Latin American Cooperative Oncology Group (LACOG) Sarcoma Group, and is a member of the Sarcoma Specialty Group at Sociedade Brasileira de Oncologia Clinica (SBOC). His research focuses on novel therapies, including precision oncology and immunotherapy, in sarcomas and gastrointestinal cancers.
